If there isn't a resource below that you were hoping for, use the form at the bottom of the page to request a resource. These resources are not intended to replace therapy. However, they can be used for educational purposes.

TCK Psychology was started in 2021 by our founder for fun and educational purposes to share empirical knowledge on Third Culture Kids (TCKs). It shares the latest research findings on TCKs and can be a helpful resource for learning more about growing up this way. It currently has a community of over 1000 people. Mindfulness Applications for Mental health at Donohue Consulting

Mindfulness Applications

Mindfulness has an incredible amount of evidence around it for supporting mental health. Some studies have shown that 10 minutes a day of mindfulness practice can be more effective than medication.
