Below are resources on a variety of topics, from helplines to educational resources to resources for TCKs. If there isn't a resource below that you were hoping for, use the form at the bottom of the page to request a resource. These resources are not intended to replace therapy. However, they can be used for educational purposes.
Mental Health Helplines
If you or a loved one is in a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency service. Depending on where you currently live, it may also be helpful to go to your local hospital or accident and emergency service. To find local helplines available in your current country, click here.
Supporting Children Who Are Worried
It can be really tricky to know how to support your child or adolescent through their worries. This resource from the Anna Freud Centre shares seven practical things you can do to support your child when they are worried.
TCK Psychology
TCK Psychology was started in 2021 by our founder for fun and educational purposes to share empirical knowledge on Third Culture Kids (TCKs). It shares the latest research findings on TCKs and can be a helpful resource for learning more about growing up this way. It currently has a community of over 1000 people. Join this community here.

Mindfulness Applications
Mindfulness has an incredible amount of evidence around it for supporting mental health. Some studies have shown that 10 minutes a day of mindfulness practice can be more effective than medication. There are many mindfulness apps available. For our favorite, click here. There are also some excellent (and free!) guided mindfulness practices on Youtube. Click here for one.
Sleep Basics
Sleep is foundational to mental health, yet many of us have difficulty with it. Take the time to learn more about sleep hygiene to see what strategies you could implement today to improve your sleep.
