Free Consultation

Firstly, book your free 15-minute consultation. We'll use this time to learn more about how we can support you and discuss any questions.

Contract

Review and sign the contract and provide emergency contact information. We are committed to keeping you safe, and this is an important part of that.

First Session

Attend your first session. This session is dedicated to learning more about you and your goals. From there, our work begins.

Session Information

We typically suggest meeting at a regular time once a week in the first instance to help develop a strong therapeutic relationship. Following this, the frequency of sessions can vary. We can offer sessions weekly, fortnightly, and monthly. Sessions are carried out in our secure consulting room on Zoom.

The duration of each session is:

  • 50 minutes for individual sessions.

  • 90 minutes for couples and family sessions.​​

Fees & Practicalities

​Services with Donohue Consulting are provided as a fee-for-service and our rates will be discussed with you during your initial consultation. We accept card payments and bank transfers. Donohue Consulting is not partnered with any insurance, however, we can provide invoices for reimbursement through your insurance.
